Silver State Meats was opened for business January 1, 2012. The company started out in 5000 square foot facility as a box in box out operation and after three short years and solid growth Silver State Meats was able to move into a much larger facility complete with a state of the art processing room, expansive dry age room, and well over 250,000 cubic feet of refrigerated space. With this additional space we are able to offer our customer base a more complete line of products to choose from. In our recently expanded processing room we are able to further process all Beef, Lamb, Veal, and Poultry items to meet our customer’s most stringent needs. In our most recent move we have decided to institute a cooking room where we will be able to cook various items to complete our product line. Speaking to experience, Silver State’s Senior Management Team has in excess of 100 years of experience in the meat industry. Our management team was instrumental in the growth and success of Desert Meats & Provisions up until it was sold in 2006. In addition to our management team we have assembled a Sales Staff that has a wealth of knowledge in the meat industry, there professionalism is second to none and we feel they meet and exceed their customer needs. It is essential to have a knowledgeable and well trained sales staff to compete for the business in the Las Vegas market place.
